The staff at Modern Resort were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had a separate bathroom with hot water. The pool was a great asset, allowing us to relax and cool down after a day of exploring. The pool area and rooms were even better than the pictures. The hotel is well-maintained, with a tidy garden and comfortable pool area. The Tuesday night BBQ was delicious and good value for money. The Jazz band added to the relaxing atmosphere. the hotel provided a wonderful and relaxing stay with plenty of activities nearby.

We felt immediately at home at Modern Resort @ Naiyang and had no complaints at all.

We stayed at this lovely small hotel for a two-night stopover. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The owners went above and beyond by arranging transport for our onward travel and even provided transportation to their second business where we had a fabulous meal. The location near the airport was perfect for a much-needed rest.

Title: Amazing time with friends, but more party activities needed

The only thing we wished for was more party activities at the resort. Don't get me wrong, the pool was cool and all, but as teenagers, we were looking for some epic pool parties with banging music.

I had a fantastic stay at a quaint and gorgeous little place near the beach. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel so welcomed. the owner, who speaks little English, greeted me with a warm smile and her daughter, who is fluent in English, was there to assist with anything I needed. the self, contained free, standing rooms were modern and fully equipped with everything I needed. the air conditioning was efficient, and the rooms even had ports to recharge my electronics. the hotel had a small but fantastic pool, perfect for escaping the heat. the location was convenient, with a supermarket just a 5, minute walk away. the cleanliness, modernity, and friendliness of the hotel made my stay enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning. Cons: Nothing, all great! 🌟.

Very close to the airport with a short taxi/tuk-tuk ride. Quiet place with English-speaking staff willing to help. Comfortable rooms, clean and cheap. Nice swimming pool and convenient breakfast included. The beach is a short drive away or a 10-minute walk.
